Anna Hursey and Callum Evans celebrated their World Championships call-up by both bagging title hat-tricks at the Bath Grand Prix.
The duo have been named along with Charlotte Carey and Josh Stacey to compete at the championships in the Hungarian capital Budapest from 21-28 April.
Hursey lived-up to her top filling in Bath as she won the women’s singles title after beating No 2 seed Elena Todirca 3-0 (11-5, 11-9, 14-12) in the final.
In a repeat of the women’s singles, the 12-year-old also won the Women’s Band 1 topping the group after winning all her matches including another 3-0 victory over Todirca (11-4, 11-7, 11-8).
Hursey also won the under 21s title beating fellow Welsh player Lara Whitton 3-0 (11-5, 11-7, 11-6).
The Cardiff prospect’s only defeat came in the Women’s Band 2 where Todirca came out on top 3-1 (13-11, 7-11, 11-5, 11-5).
Wales’ No 1 men’s player Evans stunned top seed and Men’s Open winner Jiawang Song to win the Under-21s title with a 3-0 victory (11-6, 11-8, 11-6)
The Tonyrefail product, now based in Sweden, also won the Men’s Band 1 and Band 2 titles while he reached the semi-finals of the Men’s Open before losing to Tian Liam Yiu.
Evans beat Adam Jepson 3-0 (11-8, 11-3, 15-13) to win the Men’s Band A while a 3-1 victory over Thomas Earley (11-6, 13-15, 11-5, 11-5) earned him the Men’s Band 2 title.
