Jayne Ludlow has named a 20-strong squad for Wales Women’s FIFA Women’s World Cup Qualifier against Russia.
Wales take on Russia in St Petersburg on October 24 as they look to build on last month’s 1-0 victory over Kazakhstan.
Jess Fishlock’s stunning 53rd minute volley ensured Wales came back from their gruelling 7,000 mile round trip with maximum points.
Ludlow has again chosen a youthful squad with youngster Amina Vine coming into the senior squad after featuring for the intermediate teams.
And Peyton Vincze – who was named FAW Women’s Young Player of the Year recently – also wins a senior call-up.
Wales lie second in Group 1, with England leading the way after their 6-0 victory over Russia in September.
