Gower Riders CC will stage their 200th online turbo session on Saturday (20 March) – and it will have a Six Nations theme.
As Wales’s rugby players prepare for their Grand Slam bid in France, the highly-successful cycling club will be well into their own milestone.
From 8.30am, the three-and-a-half hour long zoom session will see riders taking a virtual route through the six capital cities: Cardiff, London, Edinburgh, Dublin, Rome and Paris.

The club started the online sessions last March as the country went into the first lockdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The 100th session was reached last June and Saturday will see the club reach the double century mark.
Special guests will be taking part in the session to mark the 200th session.
The sessions have proved hugely popular and been a lifeline for many members of the club missing the regular contact from club rides.
They have also helped maintain healthy routines, including for children, during a difficult past 12 months.
Riders from clubs throughout Wales and further afield in Bristol, London, Manchester & Bolton have also taken part.
Many of our sessions were based around the races that would have been ridden in those weeks, including Paris-Roubaix in all its muddy glory.
Club member Ben Fox took part in every one of the first 100 sessions, raising money for Morriston Hospital along the way.
Swansea Young Carers group have also benefitted while the club in November last year completed a 5-day relay challenge (indoor and outdoor) as a fundraiser for Children in Need.
Full details of the session can be found on the clubs social media pages.
