Director of cricket Mark Wallace, said: “It’s excellent news that Mir has agreed to join us at the start of the season.
“He’s an international bowler with a fine record and previous experience in County cricket. We’re looking forward to welcoming him to Cardiff.”
It will be Hamza’s third stint in the County Championship, having played for Warwickshire in a brief stint last season and for Sussex in 2019.
Mir Hamza is one of the smartest players in Pakistan right now and he showed maturity which the likes of Shaheen and Hassan Ali can’t even after playing international cricket for ages pic.twitter.com/nSs8eJLyQZ
