Gerwyn Price reckons the William Hill World Darts Championship crown is there for the taking by any of the last 16 hopefuls.
The Markham ace booked a fourth round battle against Mervyn King on Wednesday night after another last set decider.
Price beat Northern Ireland’s Brendan Dolan 4-3 in a sudden-death final leg on Monday night at London’s Alexandra Palace.
“Brendan was playing really well on throw and he punished me when I missed opportunities but thankfully that last double went in,” said Price, who hit nine 180s and a 170 checkout.
“I played well at times but not at others. One minute I was playing really well and then the next minute I couldn’t hit a barn door.
“Anybody left in this tournament can win it so you can’t just turn up and expect to win. Brendan is a fantastic player and it was a fantastic battle.”

World No 3 Price can expect another tough battle when he returns to the oche after King saw off Portugal’s Jose de Sousa in straight sets.
The 35-year-old knows if he wins the title he will also take over as No 1 in the PDC Order of Merit world rankings.
