The golden boot of 47-year-old Lee Trundle is still firing to deadly effect.
Trundle scored on Monday as his latest club, Trefelin, beat Baglan Dragons 2-0 in the JD Cymru South to move up to second in the table.
Charlie Corsby scored Trefelin’s second goal.
At the weekend, former Swansea City hero Trundle helped to finally halt the winning run of JD Cymru South leaders Trethomas Bluebirds as he struck in the 64th minute to earn Trefelin a 2-2 draw at the home of the league leaders.
Final score at the Ynys Park today was 2-0 to Trefelin.

Newly promoted Trethomas had won all four previous games in their step up to Tier 2 and found themselves two goals to the good six minutes into the second half.
Ethan Edwards bagged both of them either side of half-time to maintain his record of scoring in all four league games in which he has played this season.

But while the 21-year-old Edwards took his tally to five goals to date, Swans legend Trundle – 16 years Edwards’ senior – has started with a bang and also grabbed five goals.
Trundle spent last season playing for Mumbles Rangers in the Ardal South West League after leaving JD Cymru South side Ammanford.
His goal cut the lead to a single goal and Callum Saunders provided a sting in the tail with an equaliser five minutes into added time.
It was a goal that kept Trefelin within three points of the league leaders.

Lee Trundle's classy early opener set the tone with Roan Piper slotting home to extend Trefelin's lead in the second half.
Tempers frayed, in an otherwise well-contested local derby,…
