Becky Morgan is the last Welsh hope at the Lacoste Ladies Open De France as recent LET winner Amy Boulden missed the cut.
Morgan is in a five strong tie for 10th place on -1 after following up her 70 in the opening round with a par 71 in Friday’s second round.
The 46-year-olf from Abergavenny goes into Saturday’s final round seven shots off the lead held by Julia Engstrom.
The Swede leads by four shots after a blistering 64 in the second round.
But Boulden’s hopes of following up her maiden LET victory in Switzerland last week were dashed.
The St Asaph born golfer carded a 72 on Thursday to finish on +3 after the first two rounds.
Boulden, unfortunately, missed the cut by just one shot as she looked to follow up her rise up the Race to Costa Del Sol rankings.
Bridgend’s Lydia Hall is also out after a 74 on Friday left her at five over.
