Jenny Nesbitt will again compete for GB at the World University Games in Naples in July.
The Bath University runner lines-up in the 10,000m in Italy as part of the 22-strong squad of athletes.
Nesbitt joins Jessica Judd and Gregory Thompson in making back-to-back appearances in the Games having competed in Chinese Taipei two years ago.
The 24-year-old – coached by Wales national coach Chris Jones – has already competed for GB this season at the World XC Championships after winning the trials.
Last weekend, she finished 13th in a high-class Manchester Run 10K.
In January, Nesbitt set a 10K personal best of 33:10 in Valencia since when she has been on a Welsh Athletics altitude training camp in the United States.
During her time in the States, Nesbitt finished seventh in the prestigious Carlsbad 5000 in California and ran 32:46.55 over 10,000m on the track at the Payton Jordan Invitational at Palo Alto.
Spencer Duval, Team Leader, said: “I am delighted to announce a team of 22 athletes for the World University Games in Italy later this summer.
“The Games represent a great opportunity for all athletes selected to test themselves against the best students in the world with a handful returning from two years ago and many others set to experience the event for the first time.
“The team is full of quality throughout, in particular in the field events, and we look forward to seeing them perform to the best of their ability in Naples in July.”
