The Huws Gray cup final will feature Flint Town United against Gresford Athletic.
Flint won 3-0 against Holyhead Hotspur, while Gresford fired eight goals against Llandudno Junction.
Flint are through to the final for a third successive season, having lost against Caernarfon Town in the last two.
A sublime move down the right led to the opening goal after six minutes when great one-touch passing was rewarded when Shaun Best slipped the ball into the path of an unmarked Alieu Sheriff, who scored from eight yards.

Flint were awarded a free-kick wide on the right after 25 minutes and Jack Stewart produced an outstanding delivery for Andy Brown to head in.
The Silkmen were, by now, well in control of the game, with Rob Jones and Richie Foulkes controlling midfield and the tireless running of Sheriff keeping Holyhead defenders on edge.
The loss of Mark Cadwallader just before half-time with a groin injury threatened to disrupt Flint. Saul Henderson went on from the subs bench and Shaun Beck dropped into a deeper midfield role.
Goalkeeper Nik Lee-Bulmer did well behind a solid back division with Carl Rodgers and Jacques Welsh outstanding through the middle.
The Harbourmen were down to 10 men when Dan McGuinness was sent off for dissent and Flint scored a third goal when substitute Morgan Jones netted with his first touch following a Stewart corner.
Holyhead Hotspur: Paul Pritchard, Dan McGinness, Rees Brown, Kenleigh Brown, Corey Jones, Tomos Clarke, Harry Lewis, Mike Kelly (capt), John Littlemore, Mel McGuinness, Alex Boss (Rob Llewellyn-Jones 69). Subs not used: Kyle Murphy, Ben Hamilton, Campbell Harrison, Dan Williams.
Flint Town United: Nik Lee-Bulmer, Kyle Smith, Andy Brown, Rob Jones, Jacques Welsh, Carl Rogers (capt), Jack Stewart, Richie Foulkes, Shaun Beck (Stefan Halewood 84), Alieu Sheriff (Morgan Jones 90), Mark Cadwallader.
Gresford led 3-0 at half-time against at Llandudno Junction thanks to goals from Jack Chaloner, Mike Latham and Jack Eyre.
They added five more in the second half when Eyre completed his hat-trick. Latham, Max Peate and Owen Roberts were the other Gresford scorers.
Junction scored twice, but Gresford progressed to their second ever final and that will be played at Ruthin Town on Saturday, May 5.
There were wins for Holywell Town and Penrhyncoch in Alliance matches, while the game at Guilsfield v Denbigh ended 2-2.
Holyhead Town won 2-0 at Caersws and are unbeaten in eight matches. Mark Winslade scored their first goal after eight minutes and added his second after half-time.
After a goalless first half Penrhyncoch’s Harri Harwood struck twice to put them in control at Ruthin Town.
Kevin Evans pulled a goal back for Ruthin, but they had two players sent off and Penrhyn won 2-1.
Guilsfield and Denbigh Town drew 2-2. After a goalless first half Asa Hamilton scored from a penalty to put the Guils ahead after 50 minutes.
Denbigh equalised thanks to a Gareth Partridge after 70 minutes, while goal Hamilton restored Guilsfield’s lead.
Danny Sullivan competed the scoring from a free-kick after 81 minutes to complete the 2-2 scoreline.
Caernarfon Town were without a match after clinching the Alliance title in midweek.
They will go up to the Welsh Premier League as champions and manager Sean Eardley said: “We will go up and compete.
“We are realistic and know how giant the task is, but we . The Welsh Premier is getting better and better.
“It’s been a long time coming. The lads have been fantastic this season and the support has been excellent.”
