Fife Flyers 0, Cardiff Devils 6
Cardiff Devils produced one of their best team performances on the road this season when they hit Flyers for six at their Fife Arena home stadium in Kirkcaldy.
Captain Jake Morissette and his Devils dominated a home team who had won 6-2 at Nottingham Panthers the previous evening.
The skating, passing and movement of Devils players left Flyers gasping at times. Morissette’s men kept Fife under pressure all over the ice.
Mike Hedden (2), Morissette, Joey Martin, Evan Mosey and Stephen Dixon scored in Cardiff’s fifth successive Elite League win.

Morissette opened the scoring after two minutes 18 seconds with Gleason Fournier and Mosey picking up the assists.
Hedden doubled the lead at 13-20, Martin made it 3-0 on a powerplay (22-28) and Hedden scored his second just before halfway (29-45).
Mosey (35-43) added a fifth and Fife were in deep trouble.
With just over three minutes left in the second period Danick Gauthier dropped the gloves with Devils Mark Louis to try and give his team a spark, but Louis answered the call and both players sat five minutes for fighting.
Devils finished the match on a four minute powerplay after Brett Bulmer was called for a late hit and was then given an additional two minutes penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct.
Dixon completed the scoring with one minute 12 seconds to round off the 6-0 scoreline.
Ben Bowns stopped all 37 shots faced for his third shutout of the season and was also voted man of the match.
